Austin Theriault has risen from competing at his local short track to running in NASCAR's top divisions for top teams, including Brad Keselowski Racing and JR Motorsports (owned by Dale Earnhardt, Jr.). Theriault turned heads across the industry when he captured the 2017 ARCA Menards Series championship with 7 wins in 20 races. After committing himself to finding success in the motorsports industry, Theriault has built a strong network and a respectable name.

Outside of the car, Theriault manages drivers from around the country. As a fellow competitor, Theriault has an unmatched perspective for guiding a young driver from their own local track to racing’s top series. His knowledge of the current pulse of racing is illustrated by his ability to listen, adapt and cultivate relationships.

From standing in the spotters’ stand to guiding a constructive conversation about a car’s setup with a crew and through navigating the complex decisions around career development, Theriault develops aspiring racers into well-rounded, team-oriented top competitors.

I believe I know what your goals are. At the end of the day - you’d like to make it to the top levels of motorsports. However, we have to be smart and calculated, as the path is narrow and difficult, but possible with the right direction. I have competed against promising drivers with talent, and even those with lots of funding, who fail to make it because they’ve made too many missteps. This is unfortunate and can be avoided by having qualified, honest and knowledgeable people who have lived through the battle. An honest plan, surrounded by people who can execute on it, is how we will lay a solid foundation that will help give us an edge over those who have the same goals.
